art; education; interactive; website;
Website design for the experimental youth laboratory 'u.l.k.'. The u.l.k. is part of the Statens Museum for Kunst (Danish National Gallery).

With the help of a large donation from the Egmont Foundation, the Danish National Gallery opened a new section of the museum in 2007. In the Egmont Knowledge Centre, museum visitors can visit creative workshops, digital laboratories, the reading room in the library, teaching, reflection rooms and special exhibitions.

As a main part of the site, the u.l.k. Art Labs gives young people the opportunity to research, learn and share their interest in art. The u.l.k. website is the virtual extension of the Art Labs. An extensive community platform that is both used by the users at the lab as well as by online visitors. Beside offering in depth stories on art and creative themes the users can use the website to exchange ideas and share information on various art topics.
